This is a
basic course , learn the skills and techniques of balloon art. Learn how
to inflate , size and knot latex and foils . Create a host of balloon
designs from a balloon in a box and layered bouquets, to a pearl or a
spiral garland.
Your qualtex balloon instructor will introduce you to the
Qualatex balloon network and the world-renowned CBA examination
programme. The certificated course is a fun-filed, hands-on day designed
to give a through grounding on the techniques and products used.
